Play Black Ops 2 At This Year’s Gamescom or Catch the Live Stream From Home

Get ready for more Call of Duty: Black Ops at this year’s Gamescom, coming at you next week.

“Yes. You heard correctly. We are going to Gamescom. We are bringingĀ Black Ops 2 MP. You can play it. We are livestreaming it,” announced David Vonderhaar, game design director at Treyarch.

According to the official press release, “starting day one of Gamescom on 15thĀ August, attendees can go to theĀ Call of Duty Ā®: Black Ops IIĀ booth located in Hall 6, booth A21/B30- A31/B30 to compete in the massive Call of Duty Multiplayer arena and go hands-on with award-winning developer Treyarchā€™s new title.”

Can’t make it to Gamescom this year? No worries. You’ll be able to catch the world premier gameplay footage right from your Xbox 360 as well aso other locations.

In collaboration with Xbox, Wednesdayā€™s World Premiere will be streamed live from Gamescom directly to Xbox LIVEĀ Ā®Ā online entertainment network for all Xbox LIVE members throughout Europe and in the United States and Canada.Ā Hosted by Xbox LIVEā€™s Major Nelson and AceyBongos, the world reveal featuring live gameplay from the show floor willĀ be streamed daily starting on Wednesday 15thĀ Aug from 5 p.m with exclusive interviews with the developers of the game. In addition to the stream on Xbox LIVE, the show will also be live streamed online on Xbox.com in the UK, CallofDuty.com, Facebook.com/codblackops as well as Twitch.tv/treyarch.Ā  The World Premiere content will be available in its entirety via Xbox LIVE video-on-demand shortly after the live broadcast in participating countries. Additional broadcast outlets will be revealed at a later date.
