We now know five things about the next Halo game: 343 Industries is making it, it’s on the Xbox One, it’s 60 frames per second, it’s 1080p, and it’s probably going to actually get an official name at this year’s E3 convention.
Thus far, Microsoft has kept rather tight-lipped about the next Halo’s official title, leaving us only rumors to work with, the latest being a hint from Master Chief voice actor Steve Downes that Halo 2 Anniversary is coming later this year.
Temporarily satisfying the itch of anxious fans, Microsoft Studio boss Phil Spencer confirmed on Twitter earlier today that official “Halo news” would be announced at E3 2014, adding that developer 343 Industries has “a great plan in place…”
@MarvelousJoJo Halo news will be coming at E3. 343i has a great plan in place, will be cool to share with everyone.

E3 is only just under four months away, so hopefully you can hang on just a little more. Keep your sights on MP1st for more on Halo.
