This year’s worst kept secret for Halo has been confirmed by Microsoft at their E3 Press Conference.

This November, gamers will be able to play every Halo title starring Master Chief on Xbox One — that’s one through four! — all of which will play in 1080p at 60FPS. All games will be on a unified interface allowing players to launch any of the titles when they want. No need to close apps or swap discs. In addition, Halo 2 has received the anniversary treatment with a next-gen graphical update. Check out some multiplayer footage of Halo 2 Anniversary on Xbox One below:

Halo 2 will have the complete original multiplayer experience as well as run on dedicated servers. Players will be able to play on over 100+ maps in multiplayer, though at this time it appears only the Halo 2 maps have received the full next-gen upgrade.

Lastly, players who purchase The Master Chief Collection will have access to the upcoming Beta for the fifth game. While no gameplay was shown, there were promises of new Spartan Abilities, one of which appears to be a slide maneuver much akin to Gears of War.

Gamers will be able to pick up The Master Chief Collection on November 11th (the 10 year anniversary of the second game) for $59.99.
