Video game developer Sledgehammer Games hopes bring their strong story telling techniques to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare this Fall in a unique near-future spin on the series.
In a recently launched behind the scenes video, Sledgehammer Games creative director Bret Robbins talks about the process of creating Advanced Warfare’s story and world and how the studio has worked with both real life operators and futurists to create a more believable experience. You can watch the video above, and also see some of the studio’s work in action in Advanced Warfare’s debut gameplay trailer that aired during Microsoft’s E3 2014 press conference.
Of course, it certainly helps that experienced personalities like Troy Baker and Kevin Spacey are lending their talents to the production as well.
We know you play Call of Duty for multiplayer, but are you finding Sledgehammer’s story-telling approach a little more intriguing this time around?
