Advanced Warfare Exo Ability Feature Broken Down by Sledgehammer Games Co-Founder

What sets Advanced Warfare multiplayer apart from previous Call of Duty titles is the adoption of what Sledgehammer Games is calling Exo Abilities – battery-powered abilities tied to your Exo Suit that add another layer of customization and gameplay at the cost of one loadout point.

They range from options that allow you to deploy a personal ballistic shield, increase movement speed, or even hover in mid-air. Their usage, of course, is bound to your suit’s battery life that drains while activated and is good only once per life. You can see a full list of Exo Abilities in our Advanced Warfare info round-up right here.

Here’s studio co-founder Michael Condrey giving you a brief rundown on Advanced Warfare’s Exo Abilities in a new “Advanced Training” video from GameStop:

Last time, Condrey gave spilled the details on Advanced Warfare’s new Supply Drop feature. You can watch it here if you missed it.
