If you want a new perspective on how well made BF4 multiplayer is done and really appreciate what DICE has accomplished play COD Advanced Warfare. It amazes me COD is still a thing. The multiplayer is garbage.

      • Alex Melendez

Yeah I find cod really boring

        • Trevor Squires

Getting Advanced Warfare for the holidays. As of now gonna be spending most of my time in the MCC. Honestly though, I’ll play CoD if I just want some fast-paced, pick up-and-play shooter fun to get the highest kill count. I’ll play Battlefield for hours and hours and use teamwork and talk to my squad for strategic games. There both great franchises really. Also AW has Survival so that should be a blast:)

I totally agree with the other guys…the mulitplayer is very bad (I miss the old COD days). But the single player campaign was FN awesome!

If you get COD:AW, you need to play the single player campaign. Wait till you see what’s in store for you in New Baghdad (FN Atlas!!!)

I wouldn’t say BF4 is the best multiplayer around. It has it’s own issues.

Think of CoD as a game you can get in for a few rounds and get out when you’re done. Total stress reliever.

After a week of cod I i realized how much better Titanfall was made and remembered how fun and smooth it is. No hit detection even while jumpin from rooftop to rooftop. Connection is always great. Fun gameplay. Also realized they added a bunch of gamemodes since I last logged on. I’ll be waiting for TF2.

Its easy to take games for granted. We always want more more more. This game isn’t pefect. this should be like that game or this game has better frame rate or this game doesn’t message my inflated gamer ego. Without shitty games there would be no great ones.

But it’s been so long since a great game has been released that I think people have forgotten what makes a great game.

I recently came back to BF4 after some months of absence and I have to admit that I am impressed with all the improvements. In its current state it’s a pretty solid game.

      • Yazzer

I have to admit I feel similar. I was a Quake & Unreal player when Battlefield first came out. I didn’t like the slower pace. I later moved to COD, which was a natural transition from Quake.

When I jumped into BF3 and now BF4, I can’t go back to an FPS that is infantry only, or small maps (which is most other FPS games).

      Sniping? Really?

  • Walter White

The state of Destiny for me is I log on do my single player bounties and Daily Story then log off. There is no point in doing anything else. Half the stuff is locked out because of no Matchmaking for me which is absurd.

    • Mike

I think the point of even doing dailies is out the window, well for me anyways.

  • ponyact666

Like I’ve said, don’t see myself playing this even 2 months from now.

    • http://mp1st.com/ David Veselka

I think there are reasons to play two or more months from now, the only issue is that they’re locked behind a pay wall :(

Like Denny said, it would have been ideal if there was a way to keep DLC free and perhaps charge for coin elsewhere. Come December, Destiny’s already shrinking player base will be split up even further playing different content.

Please don’t encourage other cod devs to use the expo, leave it in the SH games.

      The Exo Suit, you mean?

Yeah, I’m still undecided. I think it’s great to push the series and is clearly where FPS games are headed right now. (Look at Titanfall, Destiny, and now Halo 5.)

But I’ll always have room in my heart for more ‘grounded’ games like Battlefield and earlier COD titles. Honestly, I appreciate Infinity Ward’s attempt to slow things down a bit in Ghosts and there are a few things I miss about it after playing AW.

“The State of Destiny Two Months”
    For me

  • Mike

I’m sure glad I didn’t buy the season pass because I don’t think I want to do the same thing in the DLC. I really doubt 1 DLC pack is going to change minds.

    • Guest

Well your opinion has completely changed from launch

  • Leon

I’ve enjoyed your talk very much. Thank you. What I missed was to see you all, at least from time to time, in one room in relaxed positions. :)

  • Ryumoau

great episode, guys. I’m really enjoying Advanced Warfare. :)
