Having lead most of Battlefield 1‘s marketing campaign with a focus on multiplayer, EA and DICE are finally shining a light on the World War I shooter’s single player campaign.
The just-released trailer (above) presents an emotional narrative, a gritty atmosphere, and a movie-like aesthetic that could make Battlefield 1’s campaign one of the series’ most epic yet. Check out the footage above and be sure to leave your thoughts in the comments.
Battlefield 1 hits PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 21.
EA Access members can start playing as early as October 13 via the program’s 10-hour gameplay trial. Included in the trial are five maps — St. Quentin Scar, Amiens, Sinai Desert, Fao Fortress and Suez — and four game modes — Conquest, Rush, Operations, and Domination.
The full game will be available on October 18 when Battlefield 1’s Early Enlister Deluxe Edition launches.
