I just don’t see any huge player excitement for this BF1, as I saw with BF3 and BF4. Not good and predicts failure. I’m skipping it.

      Its franchise fatigue

yeap…i had to agreed with you @RedKnightOH:disqus remember the old days and there not that much hype for this…maybe is the WW1 theme is not for all, maybe is because some want WW2 …not to many of my friends are going to buy it so that’s also a negative point of view for me.

Skipped from day one. BF1914 throwing stones at the enemy. Not for me. Also they left Defuse mode out of it (huge fun for me, played 1400hs of it with real Marines, FBI agents, DEG, BOFF, etc) too bad they are walking backwards.

The EA rented private server news, was the first good news I’ve heard of BF1 so far. Now I have to swallow the idea of a boring WW1 game that has half of the quality and excitement and also lacks half of the game content of a BF3 or a BF4 online war game! BF1 is the kiddie “BF Star Wars Battlefront” of the BF games. Let alone another black eye, on EA and DICE for not releasing a quality Battlefield Bad Company3 game, that is still 2 or more years away!!! And a quality online BF5 modern war game… that’s now to far away in the future to even consider.

I don’t know if BF1 is worth all the money that’s required to own a private server and all the BF1 game parts itself. And the idea of a quality experience of being on EA servers… means nothing. And there’s no guarantee the EA official servers, will be any better than in the past.
