When Reddit user panqakee pointed out that the female PUBG player models possessed a camel toe, it didn’t take long for others in the gaming community to kick up a fuss.
Character artist Liz Edwards tweeted her concerns directly to PUBG‘s creative director, asking for a change:

Brendan Greene responded with an apology and promises a quick fix:
After looking into this, it appears it came as part of the character model we received from an outsourcer when we first started the project. The file itself has not been changed in 2 years. It will be updated shortly with changes! Sorry for any offense caused!
