In case you didn’t know, Sony held a PlayStation Showcase a few days ago, that not only had loads of game announcements, but even a live-action “Play Has No Limits” commecial. It looks like this commercial was full of Easter eggs and references to games, and fans have found some pretty good stuff which includes references for games like Sly Cooper, Resident Evil 4, and much more!
If you haven’t seen that chess match themed trailer that kicked off the showcase, here it is again below — and see if you can spot those references yourselves.
Reddit user YAZEED-IX has compiled the references and Easter eggs spotted by various people in one thread, and here they are alongside pictures we took so you can see it for yourself.

Still, it’s a nice nod to gaming history and the popular titles that helped make Sony’s console brand what it is today!
You can watch the entire Play Has No Limits spot below.
Speaking of the showcase, Sony gave us our first look at God of War Ragnarok gameplay at the event that’s a must-watch!
Have you spotted any other gaming references in the trailer? If so, let us know what you find down in the comments.
