Mediatonic has just announced a brand new event for their popular multiplayer game, Fall Guys. The new Fall Guys X Sonic crossover will bringthe popular Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon character into the game with several new skins and a new level.

Fall Guys, Sonice crossover vent will feature a wide range of new cosmetics. This includes new character skins for Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Super Sonic, and Dr. Robotnik.

The new event will also introduce a new Sonic-themed level. The new level remains a mystery as we still don’t have any details about it, however, the new concept art seems to imply that the famous Sonic rings will somehow be involved.

Here is a list of the new rewards in the Sonic and Friends event: 

• “Bean Hill Zone” Nameplate – 200 Points
• 200 Kudos – 400 Points
• Bonus Rings Pattern Outfit – 600 Points
• 400 Kudos – 800 Points
• Sonic Sneakers – 1000 Points

My time spent with Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout was an absolutely joyful one. An easy time killer that I recommend playing in short bursts, and despite teamplays being the annoying part of the game, I highly recommend this to any battle royale enthusiast, heck anyone in general really. It’s fun in its purest form, regardless if you win or lose. 

The new Sonic and Friends event begins on August 11 and ends on August 15. Fall Guys is now available for free download on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Epic Game Store.
