Rainbow Six Extraction “Eclipse” Trailer Revealed

New Crisis Event: Eclipse

Ubisoft has just released a new Rainbow Six Extraction trailer that showcases the upcoming crisis event called “Eclipse” that was announced yesterday. The trailer gives us our first look at the event and also announces the dates during which it will be available.

The trailer formally announces the new crisis event Eclipse, and will take place starting August 11 and ending on September 1. The new event will feature a new enemy, and players will have to survive hordes Archæans and take down the Neoplasm.

Players who complete the new Crisis studies will unlock new REACT Tech pieces, new Operators, new gear, and even cosmetics. This is a free event and all of its content/rewards will be available to all players.

The New Crisis Event: Eclipse was also teased in the game’s latest patch notes for update 1.09. According to the notes, the servers were down yesterday to accommodate for backend maintenance related to the upcoming event. 

You can now purchase Rainbow Six Extraction on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, and Google Stadia. The game is also available with Xbox Game Pass.
