Death Stranding Will Feature Real-World Product Placement & Here’s Some of Them, New Artwork Released

It’s no secret that Hideo Kojima likes to sneak in Easter eggs, and even real-world products in his games. We got Axe body spray product placement in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, a CalorieMate showing in MGS3, and more. It seems you can chalk up Kojima’s latest game — Death Stranding — as part of this group, as there will be Death Stranding product placement, and it’s not being shy about it.

The Death Stranding product placement runs the gamut from Monster Energy drinks, shirts and more! Check out what we know so far gathered from today’s livestream demo.

In other less advertising-y Death Standing developments today, Hideo Kojima has released a bunch of new artworks of the game during the livestream (and over on his Twitter), and they look friggin’ fantastic!
