Destiny 2 Glitch Allows 12-Player Raids, Watch It in Action

Destiny 2 Glitch 12-Player Raids

Looks like a sneaky glitch has popped its way into the hearts and minds of hardcore Destiny 2 players, as Forbes has reported an exploit that allows 12-Player raids to happen and bypass the restrictions of the game.

Here’s how the glitch works via a video put together by Cheese Forever

For an explanation of the process, Forbes has detailed the process and timing to get two six man teams together.

You need one fireteam to join another at zero seconds when an activity is launching. This is easiest to do on PC with join codes, and you just have to get the timing down. For a 12 person raid, for instance, you need to have one fireteam of six join up on another fireteam of six with a single invite, which if timed correctly, will pull the entirely separate group of six into the raid for a total of 12.

The same is true for Nightfalls and dungeons, only the cap there is 9, because you can only start it with a team of three. And this can be done by fewer players of course, if you just want a fourth person to run it with or something. Again, it’s simply about timing. This can work on console, it’s just harder to time and execute because of the lack of join codes, but you can accept invites or join from roster there. You want to time it so you are joining a bit before the activity launches, because it takes a short amount of time to join up, if you’re trying to hit that “join at zero” mark. If you have an overabundance of people in orbit, you’re too early. If you can’t get into the activity, you’re too late.

The glitch still hasn’t been patched yet even if a new one was pushed out earlier this week. If you’re a Destiny player, you might want to check this out asap!
