While last week’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer gameplay reveal gave us over an hour of footage, it was all via the Twitch influencers’ perspectives, which meant there were a lot of screaming, and loud trash talking, which a lot of people didn’t particularly like.
Over on the Modern Warfare subreddit, a poster asked whether we’d see raw 2v2 Modern Warfare gameplay, and someone at Infinity Ward said that while they can’t given an ETA, they are working on something.
If this new MW can’t at least play the same for larger groups of friends as Multiplayer Battlefield 3 did…. we don’t need it and won’t buy it. 12 vs 12, better yet 24 vs 24 or more player rooms! Anything less… is just a kiddie arcade shooter and not for adults! And NO ZOMBIES!
If you want to play BF, play BF. COD is a high pace arena shooter. It doesn’t need teams that large.
That’s coming from some who prefers BF > COD.
That’s why the past CoD games have been viewed as kiddie/Zombie arcade shooters. If that’s your thing kid… have at it.
So BF is for adults and CoD for kiddies? You joking? Both games are arcade af.
