New Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay

As the days march on until we finally see one of the most anticipated futuristic games get released, CD Projekt Red tides us over with some brand new features and trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 — which gives us more glimpses into this epic looking world set in Night City and beyond.

Check out the new gameplay trailer straight from the latest Night City Wire episode and the Cyberpunk team themselves.

Here’s the overview of what to expect from the trailer from the press release:

The video features over 5 minutes of in-game footage thrusting gamers deep into the most dangerous megalopolis of the year 2077 — Night City. Never-before-seen interactions and action scenes are shown, revealing details about the story, as well as characters — including their backgrounds and motivations. In addition to discussing the primary objective of the game’s protagonist, the up and coming cyber-enhanced mercenary going by the name V, part of the trailer is also devoted to giving players a fresh glimpse into character development and some of the side activities they will be able to indulge in.

And here’s two new videos spotlighting Johnny Silverhand, played by none other than Keanu Reeves himself.

Finally, here’s a spotlight on how JALI makes facial expressions in the game possible

As the newest game from the makers of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Cyberpunk puts players in the shoes of V – a mercenary and outlaw who lives in a world where big corporations control everything and gangs fight for dominance. In this highly customizable and dystopian world, rising through the ranks and making your choices wisely is key to survival, as you race for an implant to gain immortality. In this open-world first-person adventure, it is up to the player on how they want to navigate and explore their own path and destiny.
