Battlefield Hardline Criminal Activity DLC Launch Delayed To June 22 On PC

Facing unexpected “technical issues” with the launch of Battlefield Hardline’s Criminal Activity DLC on PC, developer Visceral Games has announced a new release date, giving the studio some time to work out the kinks.

Originally meant to launch last Wednesday for Battlefield Hardline Premium members on PC, Visceral now says it is aiming at a June 22 release.

Premium users on PC will be rewarded a Gold Battlepack for their troubles, says Community Manager Dan Mitre.

Hardline Criminal Activity DLC is scheduled to roll out to non-Premium members on all platforms June 30 for $14.99. It includes four new maps, new weapons for the Enforcer class, a new Battle Pickup, new player masks, new vehicles, new attachments, new gadgets, and a new game mode called Bounty Hunter.

“That sucks” says the 5 people who bought Premium for Hardline on PC.

    Seriously that game is DEAD

There are 2,500 people playing it on PC right now according to bfhstats.com.
I bet BFBC has that many people playing it online. I don’t really understand either, it’s a pretty fun game.

For a first person shooter with dedicated servers support these numbers are pathetic.

This comment is to Primey: I’ve heard this “the game is dead” for the last 3 months. But still in EU I have had no problems with finding servers and game modes I want. I’ve already got 250 hours. So, your point is? Just yapping negativity for the sake of it?

It was agonising even before release… They launched an already dead game and they knew it.

      We all knew it.

It’s just that they had confidence in people’s stupidity… Too bad.

I’ve just checked Europe, and I’ve counted 23 vanilla servers, and 17 DLC servers, almost all of them full. Game is definitely dead (/sarkasm).

In the Americas you can find nearly 50 populated servers anytime. I agree, it’s dead! ;-D

It’s a pretty good DLC. I am in EU and enough populated servers.

Better be god damn worth it Visceral/EA!

I could swear that even before the game was released, there was an article stating that the would be now rank limit and you could carry on ranking up, a lot of people are hitting max rank as I have and found that aside from self appointed challenges like attachment or bounty medal unlocks, the game is rather boring now, plus IMO I think premium should be half price or even free seeing as the first DLC looks like shit.
