Brian Jarrard, 343 Industries’ Community Director, confirms the Halo Infinite campaign co-op beta is still targeting this week. He also clarifies in a series of tweets that the studio has never promised a release on July 11, and blames the miscommunication on news websites.
PSA: The team is still working on our upcoming #HaloInfinite network co-op Insider flight build. While we always said our "target was the week of July 11", many sites reported it simply as "starting July 11." Still hoping for this week, but it will not start today. (1/3)

Apologies to folks who expected the flight today – we're eager to get this into your hands but we also want to ensure it's a positive and worthwhile flight experience. Still targeting this week but it's day by day as work continues. Ty for your patience and understanding. (3/3)

Jarrard promises that the team at 343 Industries is still actively working on the campaign’s network co-op insider build. He then manages expectations saying that flighting is a ‘fluid’ process and the whole point of it is to discover issues early on before a full public release.
Finally, he promises that the studio is still targeting this week for the Insider build’s release. However, he also says that the studio is taking the process day by day, meaning that a release this week is not guaranteed, in order to ensure the beta will be a positive experience.
Halo Infinite campaign co-op’s beta will only be available to Halo Insiders, and all Halo fans are welcome to sign-up here. 343i is also targeting a full and public release of the mode sometime around late August according to their own roadmap.
