A new Ark Survival Ascended update is now live across all platforms, bringing a set of bug fixes and improvements. Here’s everything included in Ark Survival Ascended update 1.056.007 on consoles (version 56.8 on PC).
Ark Survival Ascended Update 1.056.007 Patch Notes
There are no console-specific notes yet, but Studio Wildcard did release a PC update (v56.8) earlier today that fixed several issues. These fixes are likely to be included in the console updates, though, as always, we’ll be sure to update the notes once platform-specific notes arrive.
- Fixed downloaded custom cosmetic mods not appearing
- Fixed an issue where the chainsaw dealt no damage as a result of a previous exploit fix
- Fixed grappling hook, ignoring the hooked player’s weight if hooked, released, and hooked again
- Fixed a client crash related to cosmetic mods
- Fixed several server crashes
This is the second patch released this week, as just two days ago, we got a patch that resolved console-specific issues, which you can read about here.
