The Blood of Dawnwalker Release Date, Open-World Gameplay to Be Revealed Next Week
It’s been 10 months since we last saw something substantial from The Blood of Dawnwalker. That’ll change soon, as developer Rebel Wolves has promised that next week, April 28, we’ll have news about the game’s release date, as well as a new gameplay look.
This new gameplay won’t just focus on combat, but on something a lot of RPG fans are looking forward to, and that’s the game’s open world.
The Blood of Dawnwalker to Receive 45-Minute Gameplay Showcase on April 28
In an announcement on the game’s official Discord channel, Rebel Wolves announced that The Blood of Dawnwalker will be getting a 45-minute gameplay showcase, which will focus on the game’s open world.
Not only that, but we’ll also be getting a new story trailer, the PC system requirements, developer insights into the game’s open world and storytelling, the release date and “much more.”
The gameplay showcase will be shown at Rebel Wolves’ Twitch, YouTube channels on April 28th (9 AM PDT | 12 PM EDT | 6 PM CEST | 1 AM+1 JST), and of course, we’ll have details of that here on MP1st given it is one of our most anticipated games of the year.
The game is supposed to be released sometime this year, and we’re hoping that hasn’t changed. Hopefully, it’ll be released a good distance apart from Grand Theft Auto 6, so we’ll be able to enjoy Rebel Wolves’ debut title without getting affected by Rockstar’s behemoth.
In other The Blood of Dawnwalker news, Rebel Wolves has confirmed the game is playable from start to finish on PS5, which is good news for those hoping the game will get released sometime in 2026.
When it comes to game length, Rebel Wolves has said the main campaign will take players 30-40 hours to finish, which is good enough for a AAA action-RPG title.
