The Blood of Dawnwalker Will Take Dozens of Hours to Complete
About a year ago, developer Rebel Wolves mentioned how they were aiming for about 30-40 hours for the campaign. It seems the extra development time has added to the game’s length, as the game’s director has since offered a new game length and it lines the game up with other epic RPGs.
According to Rebel Wolves CEO and game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, team members at the studio is taking anything from 55 to 70 hours to complete, though I imagine that number might even be higher if someone wants to fully 100% the game and its various side missions and whatnot.
In addition to that, Tomaszkiewicz confirmed Dawnwalker is just the origin story and that there’s more to come from the IP, stating, “The Blood of Dawnwalker isn’t the endpoint, it’s an origin story…We have already planned its tale through the ages. This is only the beginning.”
The Blood of Dawnwalker is set for release on September 3 for consoles and PC, and the PC requirements have been revealed alongside more story info.
