Armored Core 6 Update 1.10/1.010 Rolled Out on September 18
Aside from Elden Ring Nightreign, FromSoftware has also rolled out a game update for Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon today. September 18.
Now, before anyone gets excited, we haven’t seen a tangible update for the game since last year, and even then, there wasn’t any new content pushed out, so temper those expectations when you download Armored Core 6 update 1.10/1.010.
Armored Core 6 Receives a New Update After a Year as Version 1.10/1.010
Same as with Nightreign, today’s patch for Armored Core 6 is just for PlayStation platforms (PS4, PS5). As to what it does, FromSoftware shared: “The #ARMOREDCORE PlayStation servers will undergo maintenance on Sept. 18, to deploy a hotfix to improve security & network stability. No additional content is included.”
That’s about it. Given the time that has passed, we’re not expecting any new content for the mech game, though we’d love to be proven wrong.
Given how Armored Core 6’s sales surpassed parent company Kadokawa’s expectations, we should see another entry at some point in the future — at least logical sense points to it.
If FromSoftware releases another patch, we’ll be sure to let our readers know.
