Warner Bros. Games have just announced an impressive new line-up of characters for MultiVersus, as LeBron James is joining the game as soon as July 26, while Rick Sanches and Morty Smith are also officially coming but at a later date.

The new MultiVersus LeBron James character reveal shows him off in the same uniform he wears in the Space Jam: A New Legacy film.

The trailer shows off some of his gameplay and the studio describes him as the “ultimate teammate”. MultiVersus’ LeBron James can adapt to any playstyle and has some unbeatable basketball moves including dunks, alley-oops, and ball ricochets.

While LeBron will be available on day one of the MultiVersus open beta on July 26. Rick Sanches and Morty Smith from “Rick and Morty” are also officially now coming to the game, however, fans will have to wait for the beginning of Season 1, on August 9, 2022.

MultiVersus open beta will be available on July 26 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Players who purchase the Founder’s Pack can play the game’s Early Access right now.
