Square Enix Montreal has just revealed the new Harvestella gameplay demo at the recent Nintendo Treehouse presentation. The new gameplay demo shows off the second chapter of the game and reveals new story and gameplay details.

The trailer starts off with a giant crystal meteor making its way down to Earth. Our protagonist then takes off to investigate the event, only to find a mysterious body lying unconscious on the ground. 

The Harvestella gameplay demo then moves on to reveal that farming and harvesting will play an important role in the story and dives deeper into that point later on during the same chapter.

Our protagonist awakens during the height of Quietus, a disaster that visits with the changing of each season – and a threat to all life.Lead a life of self-sufficiency with your vibrant house as a base and cooperate with allies to overcome various threats, all as you draw ever closer to the truth behind the disasters and the very world’s creation!

Harvesella is coming out in just over two months on November 4, 2022. The game is now available for pre-order on PC via Steam and the Nintendo Switch.
