With the Final Fantasy 16 launch party kicking off tomorrow, Square Enix and PlayStation have begun airing new TV spots, with one just being a live-action and another mentioning an available demo.
Spotted during today’s UEFA Champions League finals, a new Final Fantasy 16 live-action tv spot can be viewed below.

Hopefully, we get an HD version of this ad spot!
In some related news, other ads also aired during the finals of the UEFA champions league, and depending on what region you were watching from, the Spanish ads seemingly confirmed that a FF16 demo is dropping soon, as i’st listed it as being available now.
Footage of the Spanish FF16 TV ad where it says “Play the demo” in Spanish at the end! 👀

I can confirm that this is what the narrator says, with another user posting another ad with the text stating, “Play the demo now” in Spanish.

As of writing, no demo is currently available for Final Fantasy 16. That, however, could change tomorrow, as Square Enix will be hosting a launch party where it is speculated that the demo will be announced and released shortly after the event.
We’ll continue to keep tabs on it, and you should expect to see some coverage from us as we’ll have members of our staff attending the party later tomorrow.
I usually don’t play demos unless the save data from the demo can be imported into the base game like the Disgaea demos, but for FF XVI i might just make an exception.
The demo save does transfer to the full game.
Usually transfer don’t save though, no? Unless they’re a free trial for multiplayer stuff where your progress gets carried over to the full game if you buy it.
