One of this year’s biggest surprise hit has just broken an impressive milestone, as publisher NEOWIZ has announced that Lies of P sales have reached 1 million copies globally. To add, it managed to accomplish this in less than a month!

This news comes courtesy of a press release, where NEOWIZ co-CEO comments on the achievement of Lies of P sale.

“This incredible milestone for Lies of P proves the potential of Korean console games on the global stage,” said Seungchul Kim, co-CEO of NEOWIZ. “The Lies of P project was a challenging endeavor for NEOWIZ and Round8 Studio and we take great pride in what we achieved with this title.”

While there certainly have been other titles that have gone on and sold as much, what is important to consider is that Lies of P is a brand-new IP. It’s not often we see a new IP performing as well as this in the short amount of time it’s been available.

We’re hopeful this success leads to great things for the studio, and with DLC practically confirmed for Lie of P, we’re sure the franchise will continue to grow and thrive in the forceable future. 

Lies of P is now available across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC platforms. It’s also available on for “free” for Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
