Toylogic has released Foamstars update 1.04 (PS5 version 1.004) which brings character adjustments and ranked mode tweaks and more. You can check out the complete patch notes below.

Foamstars Update 1.04 Patch Notes (PS5 Update Version 1.004):

■ Ranked Party Match Probability
One of three modes is chosen at random; probability has been adjusted as follows:
・Smash the Star: 70%
・Happy Bath Survival: 15%
・Rubber Duck Party: 15%

■ Game Balance
Character balance adjusted as follows:
Jet Justice
Shot
・Normal shot: Post-shot lag reduced to 70% of previous. *Time required between shots is unchanged.
・Charge shot: Post-shot lag reduced to 80% of previous.
Reload
・Reduced reload time to 88% of previous.
Skill: Cosmic Dive
・Reduced landing lag to 73% of previous.
・Reduced starting lag to 77% of previous.
・Improved horizontal and vertical foam buildup.

■ Ranked Party Character Select Screen Background
When selecting a character, the mode name now displays in the upper-right corner.

■ Bug Fixes
・Fixed issue where “Statue: Slider,” the reward for clearing the Challenge “Gwyn Wins 10 times!,” was unusable.
・Fixed issue where “Future Pop” (Penny Gwyn Foam Gun skin), the Season Pass Tier 28 reward, was unusable.
・Fixed issue where Season Pass would reset to Tier 1.
*We are looking into how to address this issue for users who have experienced it.
・Fixed issue where the lounge commercial would only play “Big Bang Bento” after unlocking all Gallery movies.
