Update: Respawn has announced that issues for this outage should be resolved, though I wouldn’t be players are still experiencing it.

The down detector site has seen a massive uptick in server outage reports recently with the official Apex Legends subreddit even posting a megathread for all people so that all the complaining and such will be in one place.

Thankfully, Respawn Entertainment is aware of it and is investigating! Here’s the official announcement from the studio:

Due to a publishing error, the 13.1 Xbox client is now available, however, it will only be playable at 10 AM PDT. We are also investigating an issue from our server provider, Multiplay that has been impacting connectivity across all platforms. Thank you for your patience.

Same as always, we’ll provide status updates on the game and the servers as more news develops. The Awakening title update should shoot its way out soon-ish, and once it’s out, we’ll be sure to post it. Go check our Apex Legends game hub to see if it’s live. As for the servers, we’ll be updating this post throughout the day, so refresh it from time to time.
