Earlier today, EA aired the EA Play Live event that gave Apex Legends players an in-game freebie just for tuning in. Unfortunately there was a technical issue, which prompted Respawn to release the Apex Legends July 22 update (server-side) that should fix this little snag.

Hiya Legends, we had a technical issue with our @playapex weapon charm Twitch Drop during #EAPlayLive that prevented viewers from receiving their reward.
