ARC Raiders Down and Having Server Issues on December 24
‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, my screams of anger drowned out the click of my mouse; The loadout was ready, the squad was prepared, but the ARC Raiders servers weren’t there.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably among the thousands of players trying to play ARC Raiders, though unfortunately, the servers are down.
ARC Raiders Servers Go Down the Night Before Christmas
Update: Embark has acknowledged the outages, stating, “The team is aware of the current connection issues and is actively investigating them. We’ll share an update as soon as the server’s back to normal!”
We’ll update the article once more info is known.
For those hoping to get in a few raids in ARC Raiders before the big unboxing day, or if you live somewhere where it is already December 25 (Merry Christmas from the past!), we have some bad news for you, as it looks like the servers are currently down.
Players will notice that the login queue has been enabled, but even after logging in, a “Network Timeout” error pops up.
Given that it is practically Christmas, and a bunch of people are now home trying to play, we aren’t surprised that the servers are being hammered. For how long, though? Well, that’s anyone’s guess, and Embark Studios has yet to issue any update regarding the downtime.
Let’s hope they aren’t down for too long, as we ourselves are itching to get back in.
For those who haven’t logged in for a while, there was a new Cold Snap update, which brought, well, a cold snap to the world of ARC Raiders, giving us a new map condition. A new Raider Deck is also going live this week. Details for what was included in the Cold Snap update are below.

They don’t invest in their servers, they could upgrade the capacity of servers for a long time now but they prefer to earn the more possible benefits investing the minimum in their infrastructure, i see even more problem with the connection and high latency that i didn’t see at the beginning 2 months ago.
Web services are down across the board for multiple games. Once again we have an expert who knows everything but can’t be bothered to understand what they’re talking about first.
Not just ARC, a ton of games are starting to drop.
