There’s a new extraction shooter incoming, and based on what we’ve played so far, it’s not only looking fantastic, but shaping up quite nicely as well. I’m referring to Deep Worlds’ Beautiful Light. While the game is confirmed for PC, there is a chance of a Beautiful Light PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions, provided the PC version does well.

This was confirmed to MP1st by Eric ‘Aherys’ Rajot, the CEO of Deep Worlds in an exclusive interview.

Q: Do you plan to release Beautiful Light for platforms other than PC?

A: Yes, if Beautiful Light is successful on PC, we plan to release it on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

For those unaware, Rajot was a former pro Rainbow Six Siege player, and started development of Beautiful Light alone five years ago. Since then, the team has grown to 15 people, and with Rajot’s Siege background, the game should be in good hands.

What Is Beautiful Light About?

Step into the gritty world of Beautiful Light, an intense PvPvP extraction shooter developed by an independent studio, Deep Worlds. Grow as a member of the Quick Reaction Force or invade other players’ raids as a monstrous anomaly.
