Pearl Abyss has released the Black Desert Online update 2.14 patch this December 17, and this seems to be for a short list of fixes. Check out the Black Desert Online December 17 patch notes below.

Black Desert Online Update 2.14 Patch Notes:

Adventurers,

A minor patch has been released that is a step in addressing the crash issues and help optimize the game play environment.

• A background process has been added which will automatically purge previously loaded texture memory data after a certain amount of time.
• Some item data relating to quests has been optimized.
• Fixed an issue where using the Memory Optimizer at a specific location would terminate the game.

※ For Xbox users, this patch will be applied during the next scheduled maintenance.

If you are currently connected to Black Desert, you will need to restart your game in order to download the update. For adventurers already in-game, you will need to turn off the game and check for updates on your console.
