Dave the Diver Anniversary Edition Release Crosses Over With Guilty Gear Strive

Dave the Diver has been on a roll with crossovers lately, with Dredge now available and a Godzilla crossover soon. But that won’t be the last, as the exclusive Nintendo Switch physical version of Dave the Diver Anniversary edition will also get a special crossover with Arc System Works’ 2D fighter, Guilty Gear Strive.

Announced via a press release, Dave the Diver Anniversary Edition is now available for preorder (MSRP $39.99) and will be released on May 30.

As detailed in the trailer, this edition of the game will come with some exclusive content: “The Disaster Of Passion” rhythm game, a digital artbook, and, surprise, surprise, a Guilty Gear -Strive- themed boat skins. 

Alright, so it’s not the most exciting of crossovers, especially compared to Dredge and Godzilla, but it’s still pretty cool to see Guilty Gear somehow make its way into this game! That, and a nice little bonus for those who are physical owners, rather than digital. 

Dave the Diver Anniversary Edition will launch on May 30, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
