In a move that shouldn’t surprise anyone, Bungie has taken the Destiny 2 servers down this September 19, and this is for maintenance which is expected given the recent happenings going on regarding the game’s weapons.

Update: While Bungie has announced a few hours ago that Currant, Coconut and Centipede issues have been resolved, multiple reports of the servers being out at the moment have surfaced.
We’ll update the article as more news develops.
September 19:
- Start: 6 am PDT/9 am EDT/9 pm HKT
- Player Removal: 7:15 am PDT/10:15 am EDT/10 pm HKT
- Expected Player Login: 10 am PDT/1 pm EDT/1 am HKT
- Expected End of Maintenance: 12 pm PDT/3 pm EDT/3 am HKT
No word yet on whether a patch will be released alongside it, but we wouldn’t be surprised if there was one pushed out.
