Earlier today, Digital Extremes unveiled a surprise announcement at TennoCon 2022 with the reveal of the studios new project, Soulframe. Set as a fantasy MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game), the upcoming game looks to focus on melee combat and spells compared to Warframe’s sci-fi theme (check out the mighty impressive reveal trailer right here).

In addition to announcing the game, Digital Extremes has also launched the official Soulframe website and email sign ups are live now, too! For players who confirm their emails, they’ll be getting future updates about Soulframe via an email notification, it will also let you reserve your Envoy’s Title (in-game display name), and even an in-game reward with Alca’s Eye that’ll be granted once Soulframe launches.

Given how this is an MMORPG, securing your username is a big deal. However, the site has been getting hammered ever since the announcement, so don’t be shocked to see a 404 landing page from time to time. We have found that using Microsoft Edge has had more success at loading the page than other browsers, so if you are having issues try that browser.

We’re expecting more details for Soulframe to surface, as the website features these runes that further add to the mystery. Once we know more about this upcoming game, we’ll let our readers know.

Soulframe has not been confirmed for any platform, though it should be a safe bet to expect it on PC, the PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, and has no release window available just yet.
