F1 24 Update 1.04 Implements Career Mode Fix and More

Codemasters has pushed out F1 24 update 1.04 (PS5 version 1.004), which is a minor patch that brings in a few fixes related to Career mode and more. Read on for what’s new for F1 24 in the official v1.4 patch notes for June 12.

Here’s what got announced by EA regarding today’s title update:

KEY CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS

• Fixed an issue in Career modes where the player’s Pace rating would be excessively reduced if they didn’t set Fastest Lap.
• Fixed an issue where all cars could begin races on the wrong tyre compound (wet/dry) for the track conditions.
• Casual Settings Filter will no longer try to set Quick Weather to Clear, which caused issues in some game modes.
• Resolved an issue where the car’s ERS could sometimes be unexpectedly disabled.
