It looks like Fortnite is down for maintenance, as Epic Games prepares for the launch of Chapter 4 season 1.

Do not that with the launch of Fortnite’s new chapter, matchmaking for all modes will be disabled at 2 PM ET/11 AM PT/3 AM HKT. We’ll be updating the article as more news develops.
– Creative games, Save The World, and Party Royale will be disabled at 2:00 PM ET
– Competitive playlists will be disabled at 3:00 PM ET

According to the official Twitter support for Fortnite, the team is currently investigating some issues with logins. This means that the servers appear to have gone down ahead of the planned maintenance.

we can get player one logged in but when trying to get player 2 logged in for split screen the game freezes and then kicked out back to Xbox Home Screen.
