Hot Wheels Unleashed Update 1.05 Dashes Out for Livery Fix This Nov. 9

Hot Wheels Unleashed Update 1.009

Milestone has released the Hot Wheels Unleashed update 1.05 (Ps5 version 1.006) patch this November 9, which is now available for both for last-gen (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One) and new-gen (PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S). Head down below for the complete patch notes.

Hot Wheels Unleashed Update 1.05 Patch Notes:

PS4 EU/USA Version 01.05 – PS5 EU/USA Version 01.006 -Xone/XSX Version 1.0.0.10 – PC Steam – PC Epic

-Fixed some shapes in the livery editor

As you can see, the patch is quite small, but it’s a very important one especially if you’re in the habit of editing your own liveries.

In case you missed it, a bigger, major patch came out for Hot Wheels Unleashed a few days ago, and it added fixed AI difficulty consistency, lacking checkpoints, improved user experience with Limited Offers Shop, additional info box to the Track Builder, additional warning dialog to the Unpair profile functionality, and DLSS support for RTX Nvidia graphic cards, among others. You can check out everything that came with that patch 1.04 here.

If you haven’t picked the game up yet, go read our review here where we state, “It’s a must-play. I’m pleased that it lived up to my expectations on that front. Hopefully we’ll see a resurgence in arcade racing on this generation of consoles”
