I’ve done plenty of RMA requests through Newegg and Amazon, and waiting days for those parts to come back can be pretty frustrating. I can only imagine that process being a lot worse for fully pre-built PCs.

Probably the biggest chain in the United States for all PC-related things, and now being able to honor the warranty provided by iBUYPOWER’s warranty dramatically cuts down the hassle that usually comes with servicing a pre-built machine.
