iBUYPOWER’s April Clearance Promotion Stacks Even More Savings of Prebuilds

If you’d have asked me years ago whether I think you should buy a prebuilt PC or build your own, I would have told you to go with the latter, as building yourself is not only a fun experience but, in most cases, far cheaper. Well, with all the RAM, GPUs, and SSD prices skyrocketing, it’s becoming harder and harder to squeeze any savings when buying new. So much so that prebuilds, for one of the few times in history, are actually priced within a range that makes a bit more sense.

It seems that prebuys are even going on sale more frequently, as with the latest iBUYPOWER sale, which offers pretty big discounts and even bigger savings when you compare them to buying parts alone.

iBUYPOWER Prebuilds Discounts Are Starting to Look Like a Steal

From now until April 30, iBUYPOWER is offering major discounts on a wide range of RDY PCs. While that promotion is already discounting hundreds off from their original MSRP, the real deal is that some of these already discounted PCs can take an additional discount by using the code: CLEARANCE at checkout. The discount amount depends on the cost of the PC, which you can find below.

  • $350 OFF RDY Prebuilts & Custom Desktops over $3999
  • $250 OFF RDY Prebuilts & Custom Desktops over $2999
  • $150 OFF RDY Prebuilts & Custom Desktops over $1999
  • $50 OFF RDY Prebuilts & Custom Desktops over $999

There’s plenty of different builds to choose from, but if you’re someone who wants what would essentially be considered top-of-the-line, then this next find might just be for you. As spotted by IGN, iBUYPOWER is currently offering an RTX 5090-equipped PC for $5,199. But pairing this with the Clearance code will actually take it down to $4,849.00.

Here’s what this PC comes equipped with:

  • Windows 11 Home
  • AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU
  • ASUS X870 WiFi MB
  • GeForce RTX 5090 32GB GPU
  • 32GB DDR5-6000MHz RGB RAM
  • 4TB M.2 NVMe Gen4 SSD
  • iBUYPOWER 360mm RGB Liquid Cooling
  • HYTE Y70 PC Case

While we don’t know the exact specifics of every component, here is what it would look like if you decided to build this yourself.

  • Windows 11 Home –
  • AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU – $699
  • ASUS X870 WiFi MB – $249.99
  • GeForce RTX 5090 32GB GPU –  $3599-$4000 (unless you can find it at $1999 MSRP, which is very unlikely) – Lowest is based on the current best price in the USA as of April 2026.
  • 32GB DDR5-6000MHz RGB RAM – $300-$450
  • 4TB M.2 NVMe Gen4 SSD – $300-$500 (depending on the brand, could be a lot more)
  • iBUYPOWER 360mm RGB Liquid Cooling – $79.99
  • HYTE Y70 PC Case – $219.99
  • Total: $5,450-$6000 (depending on which brand parts)

Yes, I know it’s still expensive, but it’s also what current markets are dictating. So if you’re looking to get something NOW, and not waiting (and hoping) for these prices to go back down, then yeah, iBUYPOWER is offering a pretty killer deal right now with this clearance sale. You could even use that extra savings to add an additional warranty.

The sale and promotion will end on April 30, 2026.
