MLB The Show 23 Releases March 28, Will Feature Jazz Chisholm Jr. as Cover Athlete

Sony has announced the MLB The Show 23 release date and it’s set for March 28, 2023! Not only that, but the MLB The Show cover athlete has been revealed today as well, and it’s none other than Jazz Chisholm Jr.

The standard edition on PlayStation 4 is $59.99 USD/$79.99 CAD. Standard edition on PlayStation 5 is $69.99 USD/$89.99 CAD. The game will offer cross-platform progression and crossplay.

Have access to all your progress and card inventory in MLB The Show 23 on every platform you own. Once again Cross-Platform Play, Cross Saves, and Cross Progression return allowing you to share your progress on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch*. Cross progression allows you to earn and use any earned content on any platform or generation (this excludes PS5 and Xbox Series X|S exclusive features like Stadium Creator). With cross saves you can transfer a save file for Road to the Show or Franchise mode to a different console.**

More of the game’s features will be revealed in the coming days and weeks via the official Twitch and YouTube channels of the game. The Collector’s Edition will be revealed on February 2.  

MLB The Show 23 will be released on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, and will even be able on Xbox Game Pass on day one too.
