Modern Warfare & COD Warzone Update 1.61 Released This August 8
Raven Software has rolled out Modern Warfare & COD Warzone update 1.61 on all platforms today, and this is an unannounced patch, so don’t expect any new content outside of fixes given we just got the big mid-season update this July 27. BUG FIXES:
- Fixed an issue causing Players to encounter Dev Error 5476 which caused the game client to crash.

- Fixed an issue causing the H4 Blixen’s (VG) 7.62 Gorenko 54 Round Mag to increase movement speed by 2% rather than decrease it as intended.

Dev Error 5476:
[All Platforms] Some Players are experiencing Dev Error 5476 and are unable to launch Warzone. – Investigating:
Don’t forget, there’s a Call of Duty event set for September 15, and Activision has confirmed that not only will we see the multiplayer of Modern Warfare 2 revealed, but we’ll hear more about the future of Warzone as well.
