Same as before, Visual Concepts has not released the patch notes for today’s title update just yet, though we expect that to change within the day once the devs wake up. Chances are, this patch is related to the on-going NBA Playoffs, where the two conference finalists (Dallas Mavericks and Boston Celtics) have been finalized earlier.
Here’s what’s new via the PS4 update history:
- Improved the stability of the title in addition to a number of general improvements to the user experience.
As for in-game events, the Power-Up event is live for current-gen (last-gen) consoles:
Each quarter all Playmaking, Shooting, Finishing and Defensive badges will be boosted, along with select attributes and tendencies maxed out:
Q1➡️ Point Guard
Q2➡️ Shooting Guard / Small Forward
Q3➡️ Center / Power Forward
Q4➡️ All Positions— NBA 2K (@NBA2K) May 13, 2022
