New World PS5, Xbox Series X|S Release Date Announced for Oct. 15; Large-Scale PvP and Features Incoming
As expected given the PlayStation Store ad leak earlier today, Amazon has announced New World for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S and it’ll be out later this year on October 15.

Per the press release, Amazon Games states that console players will get the full base game and all past game updates including the Rise of the Angry Earth expansion, in addition to “a wealth of new content.”
New World: Aeternum will introduce new features for players on all platforms such as:
- The game’s first-ever large-scale player vs. player (PvP) zone,
- 10-player raid
- Endgame solo trials
- Upgraded leveling experience
- New character archetypes
- Revamped dialogue system

New World will be available this October 15 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S for $59.99, the Deluxe Edition for $79.99 will include a Bear mount and armor skin. Console pre-order buyers will also receive the Azoth Stalker wolf mount.
