Update: While there’s no official patch notes revealed, 2K did announce the Halloween Designer Pack being available after today’s update.

So far, HB Studios has not released any official patch notes just yet, though we’ve reached out to 2K to see if we’ll be getting any changelog at all. The latest update from the official update page lists 1.19 as the latest game update pushed out.
