pubg cross platform play

At today’s Inside Xbox event at gamescom, PUBG Corp. — the studio behind PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds — dropped a bomb by announcing PUBG cross platform play between the PS4 and Xbox One! This means that aside from Xbox One players being able to play with PC players, there’s a whole new lot of players available as the PS4 player base now comes into the total playercount as well.

No specific release date has been given other than in October for the PUBG cross platform play, but it will be tested on the PTS (Public Test Server) first this September.

In addition to that, the PUBG Season 4 trailer has been released as well.

Once we know more details about PUBG cross platform play, we’ll let our readers know.

  1. Thanks xbox inside event. Please tell us more. Anything coming to Windows 10 only and not Xbone at all? You bet, best “xbox” event ever.

  2. i thought ps4 and pc was cross play and pc and xbox was cross play?how can they assure that pc will be disabled for cross play between the 2 consoles?

sounds like a gimmick to me,
