Regardless of what model of Xbox One you own there’s a good chance you may have run into some unstable frame drops while playing PlayerUnknown’s Battleground.
If so, you don’t have to worry about these frustrating frame drops again. We have the PUBG Xbox One fps fix you need — at least, until an official fix is rolled out. A reddit thread about the mega-popular battle royale title has come up with a temporary solution until Bluehole address it via an upcoming patch.
All you have to do is simply follow the steps provided below:
- Press the home/guide button on your Xbox One controller.
- Go to the systems tab and click on Settings.
- Once there look for the Preferences option and click on Broadcast & Capture.
- You will now see a few new options on your screen. All you have to do is unmark the “Allow broadcast and game captures.”
That’s it. Once you’ve followed all those steps you should be able to enjoy more stable frames while playing PUBG.
In recent PUBG news, it appears that the base version of the Xbox One offers a slight advantage against those who play with the Xbox One X model. You can read all the details of it during our coverage of the story here.
