Scorn Gameplay Squelches Out in New Trailer

Scorn Gameplay

Scorn immediately caught the eyes of horror fans when it was originally revealed. With its fleshy visuals that are heavily inspired by H. R. Giger and its extremely unsettling design. Now, the game has shown off more of its gameplay at the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase.

The trailer focused on Scorn’s setting above all else, showing the hellish landscape with barren rocks, twisting pathways, and terrifying creatures. The game takes an atmospheric approach to its horror by creating disturbing scenes and tension that make the player feel off-put.

While exploring the maze-like world, players will have to combat terrifying creatures in deadly combat encounters that push them to the limits of their resources and abilities. As players explore their environment it will also shift and change around them as it is a living structure, and they will have to gather new abilities that will help them traverse the map more efficiently.

Scorn releases on PC and Xbox Series X/S on October 21.
