If you’re seeing The Elder Scrolls Online down reports surface this July 9, it’s not just you. It seem players are having issues logging in (specifically the PlayStation versions), and Bethesda has acknowledged it.

I thought originally it was my ISP or the status of PSN was under maintenance, all i did was wait it out and then signed in as normal.
