Skads of crashing reports have flooded the game’s subreddit from players on PS5, PC and more:
Because when I update the game I always get this error that I enter the game and it closes automatically and doesn’t let me play. Something happens to it.

For their part, Gun Interactive has announced via Twitter that they are looking into the launching issue with the game after applying today’s update:
“We are currently checking into an issue with PS5 players not able to launch the game after updating.
Thank you for your reports and patience!”
Don’t be surprised if players are once again prompted to download another client update to fix this. If we are indeed handed a new one, we’ll be sure to let our readers know.
If you’re on affected platforms, grab a drink and perhaps read up on what the future holds for the game to bide the time.
Once we get more news about this, we’ll update the article.
